Lisa has spent more than 20 years where employee benefits, workplace wellbeing and healthcare meet. She has seen the industry from several sides: at an insurer, at an employee assistance and wellbeing provider, and as the founder of a healthcare business. She understands what employers, employees, insurers and healthcare providers each need, and how to make it all work in practice.

• Co-founder of Flowrence, a private primary healthcare startup that combined brick-and-mortar clinics with its own SaaS platform. She built the business from launch through growth: operations, sales, partnerships and technology.
• VP Sales & Customer Success, and VP Marketing, at Morneau Shepell / LifeWorks (now owned by TELUS Health), leading sales, client relationships and marketing for employee assistance, mental health, wellbeing and virtual healthcare solutions.
• Sales and account management leadership roles at Manulife, in group insurance and employee benefits.
• Experience across private primary healthcare, group insurance, employee benefits, telemedicine, mental health, digital health, sales growth and operations.
