Solani Advisory (Conseil Solani) complies with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian law. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Person in charge of personal information
Lisa Angeloni, founder, is responsible for the protection of personal information. You can reach her at [email protected].
Information we collect
This site has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools. We only collect information you choose to send us: by email, or when you book a call (your name, email address and any details you provide when booking), and information shared during an engagement.
Purposes and use
This information is used only to respond to you, arrange our conversations, prepare a proposal and provide our services. It is never sold or shared for marketing. We share it with a partner, such as a recruitment firm, only with your consent and for the purposes of the engagement.
Service providers and hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site. Bookings go through Google Calendar, and our email and documents through Google Workspace. These providers may store information outside Quebec and Canada. Before entrusting them with information, we assess the protection they offer.
Retention and destruction
We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then securely destroy or anonymize it.
Security and incidents
Access is limited to the people who need it and protected by measures such as two-factor authentication. If a confidentiality incident occurs, we act to reduce its impact, record it in a register and, if it poses a risk of serious injury, notify the people affected and Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
For any question or complaint, write to the person in charge at [email protected]. We acknowledge it and respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
